The Oak Ridge Boys have been friends with Pres. George H.W. Bush and his extraordinary wife, Barbara since 1982. For many years now the Oaks and their wives are invited to visit the Bush compound, Walker's Point, in Kennebunkport, Maine. The beauty and peace of this place has been the inspiration for two of Golden's paintings; "Walker's Point Vista" and "Bush Garden."
